So, everyone's made of bone except the Glitch. They've got something like bones, but that's besides the point. What if we had living skeletons? They're the backbone of every sci-fi and fantasy game. There's ALWAYS skeletons somewhere. But, in Starbound fashion, why not make them sentient and living? Lore: The Raditons are, as their vague name would suggest, radioactive skeletons. They're animated piles of bone that are made of dangerous materials, like Uranium and Plutonium. How they came to be is a mystery, but one this is certain; if you find a Raditon, there's radioactive substances nearby. Thriving on harsh environments, these dangerous skeletal beings have only one purpose; to rip the skeleton from other living beings, and make new Raditons. Raditons do not have genders, as skeletons show no sign of sexual differences. Instead, they are capable of reproducing much like the Glitch; take a skeleton, replace all the bones with something like Uranium and Plutonium, and voila! With no central nervous system, brain, or any form of organs, it's a mystery as to how they can live and move. If you ever see a Raditon, pray that it hasn't seen you. Appearance: Physically, they resemble a humanoid skeleton with a featureless skull, save for eye sockets. They have opted to remove their mouths because they have no need for biting and chewing when they can claw and tear with their hands. They move slowly, and their bodies are frail, but they leave a nasty mark when they come in contact with any life. They utilize the same animations as the player, so it won't be odd to see one sprinting, swimming, or throwing spears at you. As for what they drop, ask yourself "What is a skeleton?" The answer is simple; uranium, plutonium, and all manner of radioactive materials!
