Question about modding

If i run Stardew Valley by pressing SMAPI and run the mods etc.. does it still connect with steam and am i able to still get achievements?

Do I go through steam and run it then normally after I pasted that in launch options?

 

if ur steam is installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam

Yes, steam will start smapi and game will start.
