My new quest suggestion! It's called "What on Earth is that?" And the title gives you a hint already!

START: In a U.S.C.M building in a cell room/crew room you will be able to find a human ignoring everything around him and constantly repeating numbers. You would normally have to guess what it is about but here I'll say, type in the numbers to your coordinates in your ship flying to the destination will take you to... Earth... Oh but not the lovely kind of Earth, let's just say an Earth with giant tentacles bursting through the ground! Land if you are brave enough! On the planet you will find many destroyed, fallen apart buildings and dead bodies. In the background you see the same and giant tentacles. You will suddenly meet up with a survivor in a destroyed building, shocked about seeing another being. He will tell you if you wish to defeat the beast, you must blow up the entire planet, But that would mean the total end of the human original home planet. To do this, you must go into the old human military base, where you will find a small, but very powerful bomb. You will also find a giant hole reaching to the core of the planet where you will place the bomb to cause a total destruction of the planet. While making it down, huge tentacles shooting from the walls will try to stop you, if you place the bomb… you will have a time limit to escape to the top of the planet and beam back up to your ship! If you succeed. Many pixels shall be given to you.

Nice concept but kinda eh on the whole tentaboss thing.

It could stand to either be fleshed out or replaced with something entirely different.

Also... Im really dogging the idea of a crazy human mumbling earths coords to himself in a corner, really gets the whole 'traumatized veteran' vibe down right.

Hey thanks for your reply! If you have a good idea what to replace some stuff with, then I'll be grateful![DOUBLEPOST=1408278413][/DOUBLEPOST]But you mean it's focusing too much on the tentacle monster? Cause it is really important since that's what destroyed Earth. Although now I think I just made the whole part on Earth flow really badly, and not enough is going on, monster attacks, you escape :p

I like this idea, however after defeating the first one i dont think you should run. I also think that afterwards you could maybe go to the moon, where theres another tentacle beast? Just an idea

I like it, but maybe you could choose between complete destruction (easy/quick) or actually purifying the planet? (long/hard)

You mean the same way you could purify the corruption in Terraria? If that's then I approve! Actually I approve anyway!

I like the idea, but it makes me sad that you find the supposedly destroyed earth, only to destroy it for real in the end (happy-end fanboy time)

Yes but you could also save it, it'd just take a really long time.
