Bug/Issue Quest to obtain starter mech not working/crashing

whenever i try to test the mech by talking to the panguin making the mech, i hit accept, the mech thing goes normaly, starting the animation to drop the mech through the portal in the ground , then the game brings up a error message, the error message says:

Exeption Caught In client Main-Loop (assetexeption) Error loading asset /cinematics/teleport/deploy_kemono.cinematic

any help/patch?
i believe it is just a missing video file

 

im having the exact same problem except i was playing as the Ningen race
