Bug/Issue Quest givers don't offer quests if you move before accepting.

    I found a merchant in the middle of nowhere.
    Suddenly, they offered me a quest.
    While reading the quest information, I moved to swat one of the thousands of ducks impulsively divebombing me on this particular planet.
    The quest giver wanted nothing else to do with me because of it.
