I remember there was such a mod a long time ago, but I can't find it now. It just makes sense, if I put higher quality products into it, I should get better wine/jam/pickles.
Okay, I found the old mod, it's Igorious New Machines mod, it gives Jam/Pickles and Wine quality based on the input product (it makes Wine not compatible with the Keg aging, but it already has quality, so who cares?), and apparently it works on 1.1 (SMAPI 1.4), but it fucks up sprites and animations on colored chests. But you can "fix" that by installing Igorious Colored Chests, after installing just put the default color on your chests, and then change the color with the mod (mouse over the chest, press Alt and choose a color).
