Heya guys. I'm Lt Toast, and I'm new around here. This here is my contest entry. The Puppeteer is a bio-mechanical creature that uses the bodies of its victims to lure other unsuspecting prey. It is rumored to be an escaped experiment. This took me ~1 hour with Adobe Illustrator. Hope you guys like it. Thanks! Edit: Might as well elaborate, since I only get one entry. Description: The Puppeteer has a large metal shell, an "exoskeleton" if you will that is highly resilient to shock, heat, and water pressure to a depth of 5000 ft. The squishy creature fused inside it can withdraw into this shell much like a more disturbing turtle. Four (or more) mechanical legs serve a its means of moving around, each fitted with heavy grip technology to walk on ceilings. The "bio" part of the Puppeteer is a sickly maroon-purple, or mauve, or something with three glowing, yellow eyes. This is its weak-point. Insert massive damage joke here. Behavior: The Puppeteer likes to hide on the ceilings of dark areas, where an intrepid explorer would find waiting for him/her, a person seemingly wounded and in need of help. Said explorer usually gets up close, at which point the Puppeteer would lashes on and enjoys a nice meal, adding yet another "puppet" to its collection. The bodies themselves are can fully manipulated to walk, run, fight, and depending on its condition, speak. Maybe it can control more than one body at once... Also also, thanks for the comments guys!
Haha, creative entry, could make for an interesting enemy to fight, depending on what kind of corpse he controls.
