PS4 many pause issues

please if this is wrong place point me in the right direction. thanks
love the game bought this game 4/27/2016 got almost 20 hours already love it
first off don't know if these are bugs or not added to the game but should be

if controller dies or is turned off the game will not pause
if the home button is pressed the tame will not pause
when game is pause hitting circle will use your item
when ps4 is in rest mode the game will not pause

also when you die if you have the piggy bank money will keep going up and the trophy for 20000 gold will pop
