Bug/Issue PS4 DND Options

I am playing on PS4 not PC. No mods.

I have gotten six hearts with Sebastian. When you visit his house and go to his room it triggers a cutscene. You start a game of basically DND with Sebastian and Sam. You can select your role of Warrior, Healer, or Wizard. But after that you can't select any other options but the top one. When you move the cursor down to the other option it makes the worst noise.

***Spoiler Alert*** The top options result in a lost. Because there is a special ending with Sebastian if you select all the correct options.

Please! Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried restarting. I've turned off my controller. I've tried a keyboard but that doesn't work. I've seen other players have this problem but they are playing on PC and I'm on PS4.
