I completed all the bundles except the bulletin board. I thought it was too boring so I went to jojamart and bought a membership. All the things were completed but no cutscene of jojamart cellebrating played. I think my game is bugged so I can't do anything past the community center. PLease help.
That is working as intended, I'm afraid. If you ever mix and match CC Bundles and the Joja Community Restoration then you won't get the achievement or reward from Joja.
In my last savegame I completed every bundle but two, then switched to Joja and finished the warehouse. I got the cutscene and the achievement. If I remember correctly it did trigger after a couple of days. The wizard quest started too.
