    Hello,
I was trying to make something like a "Let's Play" from Starbound (I called it Cut-ventures), but my mic was turning off itself like every few minutes (and then it always turned on itself after a few seconds), which resulted in a pretty f****d up audio. Finally, I managed to save some of the audio that wasn't crappy and finished the video. Anyway, I need to fix this. I tried to do some things differently, such as using another mic, playing a different version of Starbound during the recording (DirectX and OpenGL) and even recording with another recording software (I prefer Fraps), but nothing happened. It was still doing that crappy audio. And yes, I tried to record other games, but none of them was doing this. It means the problem must be somewhere between Starbound and mic recording, but I don't really know where. I would be glad if you helped me solve this problem. So, any ideas?
BTW, the video is here: http://bit.ly/1esLwOj

That sounds like a really odd problem you have. What OS are you running?
