Problems with FPS [PT-BR/English]

Recentemente, comecei a jogar Starbound, e estou um pouco triste, pois o meu computador (( Intel(R) Atom(TM) x5-Z8350 CPU @ 1.44GHz 1.44GHz | 2 GB of RAM {utilizável 1.80 GB} )) não consegue rodar bem o jogo. Coloquei alguns mods como No Shadows, PreRelease Beta FPSBoosterv3 e FrackinUniverse FPS Boost porque eu li em uma postagem que esses mods poderiam me ajudar, ajudaram, mas meu FPS ainda cai um pouco ou o meu jogo fica lagging como se fosse ping e, os monstros e NPC's caminham em camera lenta e teleportando.

I recently started playing Starbound, and I'm a little sad, because my computer ((Intel (R) Atom (TM) x5-Z8350 CPU @ 1.44GHz 1.44GHz | 2 GB of RAM {usable 1.80 GB})) can not run the game well. I put some mods like No Shadows, PreRelease Beta FPSBoosterv3 and FrackinUniverse FPS Boost because I read in a post that these mods could help me, helped but my FPS still drops a bit or my game gets lagging like it was ping and the monsters and NPC's are walking in slow motion and teleporting.
