Problema com mods Steam

Hello, I need help with a problem I'm having with starboud, I subscribe to the workshop mods, it downloads, but when I enter the game none of them appear on the loading tab within the game, and also the workshop button inside of the game is disabled.


ps. I already unsubscribed from all mods and then uninstalled the game, reinstalled the game I ran, closed, signed up for some mods and ran again and continued the same as before. sorry for any inconsistencies in the text i am brazilian and i am using google translator.
