Bug/Issue Problem with Starbound Mods

I managed to solve a starting problem with Starbound myself but now are the Steam/Normal mods making problems
i have played this game many times and since a few days i have problems with the Steam/Normal Mods there never were problems with the mods before, so im wondering can that be somehow fixed? Because i tried many things.

The problem is that everytime when i start the game the Shucklefish logo starts popping up and the laughing sounds starts playing , then it freezes and does nothing.

Its really frustrating i tried like over 3 hours solving it myself but it just doesn't work.
I know i could just remove the Steam/Normal mods but i dont want that i want to play with Mods.
(I only have a few racial mods, some music addons for the instruments, etc )
There are no Error logs and im using Starbound Steam version and Windows.

I hope someone can help me.

 

Try running the game in Administrator mode, if that doesn't work, then it's a mod problem.

To run the game in Administrator Mode:
- Go to the directory where your starbound.exe is located. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\win64
- Alternatively, if you use the 32 bit version, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\win32
- Right click starbound.exe
- Click Properties at the bottom of the menu
- Go to the Compatibility tab
- Check the option Run this program as an administrator
- Click Apply
- Click Ok
- Run the game through your Steam library or the Steam shortcut placed on your desktop
- If you get a prompt asking to allow changes from an unknown publisher, click yes. This is the game asking to be ran as an administrator
