Closed Problem with pre-order

    Hello
    I have a probleme yesterday i try to pre-order the game with amazon payement, but i had 2 error during the loading, so i try to pre-order it with Payapl and it works, but after 2 hours i received a 2 mail from Amazone payement that said i have purchased 2 game. so now i have 3 game what can i do to be refund...
    Sorry about my english i'm actually french.
