    there is no reason, at all, for your weapons to have a custom lua file. they are identical to the existing lua files with no differences whatsoever. Just use gun and gunfire lua files and itll work fine

    pretty much no mods do that, dude. If it adds content not present in the game, it is not compatible with general multiplayer. The other player cannot load assets they do not own.
