I agree to this, probably has to be changed a little though, and maybe renamed. I made this suggestion some time ago in Gear and Items: http://community.playstarbound.com/index.php?threads/portal-gun.5168/
Dont worry man lol I dont mind that its posted several times, as long as the devs considers including this in the game.
I hope something like this is in, or at the very least, teleporters that you stand on it and it teleports you to the coordinates.
I suppose they could do that, but they would probably want to make something similar. It would definitely have to be somewhat different. That's a great idea though!
