Portable Intergalatic Market Gadget (P.I.M.G)

This fine gadget the P.I.M.G will serve you in many unique and handy ways allowing you to instantaneously buy and sell your items at your leisure without having to lug your hard-earned loot way over to your nearest shop. We know that this can be annoying at times...but we're here to help, with the P.I.M.G you will be able to buy and sell anywere anytime! but... it does come with a downside, items you buy cost a bit more and items you sell sell for less... but why bother with the negatives? At least you can use it anywere... right?

How it works: It could possibly bring up a holographic vendor screen that you will then use, after buying your pixel account will be charged according, including teleportation fees, and when selling, funds would be added.

Note: Additional charges could apply according to the area you are in.

Very nice mid game idea! I rather do it the hard way at first and find this as Tech around tier 4-5, if it's present from the start of the game it will feel...boring and simple, but if you find it later it will feel much better . Very nice name too.

It's easier to say it like this: Portable InterGalactic MarkEt, or PIGME. Which sounds a lot like pygmy. PIGME sounds like a request for bacon but it still sounds good!

Oh yeah and the gadget itself is a decent idea.

My reaction if this is added:

 

I like this idea alot, but only as a more late game way of selling stuff, otherwise you could just teleport out all the loot you getting as you explore, which would be kinda lame as there is then no risk of not returning to the surface with it.
Maybe a placeable base item that is also functional and connects you to the sort of shop you are talking about, for the early half of the game.
