There was a thread discussing a mod for placeable poledancing sprite back in 2016 and was recently closed. I had inquired if it was stilling going to be made, but it seems it was not to code in the scope of a forum moderator. The initial gifs that were diplayed in the last thread may have been considered "lewd" if that be the case then the sprites could easily be altered. Regardless I still want to see this mod come to life, either by my hand or someone more skilled.
So... did you have a question about how to make something like that? If so - Same as any looped animation. You can look at any vanilla object that features such animations. Just a difference what images you have. But if you're looking for artistic advise... I'm afraid I have none to offer.
