Remember that *ahem* classic game? Imagine you had a camera that had a 4 inch by 3 inch target box you'd drag around the screen and try to capture photos of specific creatures or even certain heiroglyphics or terrain features (alien-style Mount Rushmore, for example). That could be a cool little passtime in game.
Neat idea. I'd be happy with even just an in-game camera so I can take pictures of the landscape, then hang those pictures up in my secret evil laboratory public health awareness facility.
I loved doing that.. Pokemon abuse doesn't hold up in court well though... But sir! I was only trying to feed them... *cough*
xD the part I remember the most about that game is pegging the charmanders with hundreds of apples where there's that Moltres egg ... they never knew what hit them because of brain injury ....it was meh apples
I was about to suggest this, but did a search for "camera" first. Yeah, cameras are a good collection-based side quest. And much more humane than collecting butterflies in a net.
That game was Freaking Awesome! I still have it around here somewhere... I kinda wanna plug in the old 64 now ^^ On topic: Yeah, would be nice if we could take pictures and share ingame, and maybe even use as Ingame Artwork. Having a picture of you and your friends in your House, over the fireplace. Right next to that Apex Head... Mmmm.... mmmm... That would be nice
If it is not in the game I am sure it will be modded in post-haste by the community. Plus I think the game will already have a camera that takes screenshots in it.
What those guys said about trading would be pretty cool, if the pictures you took became in-game items! With all of the random generation to photograph, it could spawn off a whole card-trading side community :O. (It'll be TF2 hats all over again )
maybe i could photograph for example my "high intelligence dapper poptop" and sell the photos to get rich or turn the photo into an image file to post on the actual internet (possibly as a meme) high popularity of an image could increase community knowledge of you
