    First off, we're very sorry for the inconvenience, we've had many many reports of missing e-mails, we're working with Humble to get this resolved. A first step you can take on your own is go to this link:

    And reenter your e-mail. (The one used for your Humble Store transaction).

    If you still have issues receiving your e-mail from humble, please e-mail us at support@chucklefish.org using your e-mail address. (The one used for your Humble Store transaction). Your e-mail address should be the only thing required. But if we need anything, we'll let you know.
