Could always get a prepaid visa card found at local stores and use that.

I would try to buy you the low tier, but some things came up recently. The power supply in my desktop is faulty, so I need to replace that. I need a new phone; mine is almost to the point where it's unusable. Then, to top that, I made the mistake of buying an HP laptop, which has had it's faulty fan stop (my friend has the same exactly laptop and we both have the same problems) working, the bottom of the laptop starting to crack from having more weight in the top left corner of the laptop. I'm sure some generous person with a little bit of extra money would be willing to buy it for you.

Yeah, same problem here, but it changed when i came to america, bought gift cards and use them, the only thing i could think of is to find some Giveaway.
