Hey Everyone, With hours left to go supposedly, I am currently standing by. As soon as I am able I will get the server online for ARES and start working through the whitelist. Since It will all be getting wiped before official release, if the whitelist proves problematic I will just open it up. Well since this is a RP server I will mostly focus on RP and gather the main supplies my group needs and then maybe later down the road I'll start trying out those Avian Dungeons

Hm... I know that the syndicate and the imperials were at war, but how does the singularity extraction corp come into this? I don't see a thorough lore for them, and I'm part of them. Also, I'm not whitelisted on lore page. Should I be worried?
We had more with faction leader bios, but that was lost when we lost our original forums, so im slightly at a disadvantage. According to those in the beta, the characters are getting wiped fairly often, so dont spend too much time in the creator until we know itll be solid.
I doubt I can use my Spike avatar; that is not RP worthy. But, what does the SEC do exactly? There's not much of a description for it.
They are a mega corportion, starting humbly as a Fireworks Manufacturer which eventually bought Singularity Mining, they were a heavy industrial corp, in mining and manfacturing. Typically they would be surveying new worlds, setting up outposts, and collecting resources. They would have the security team to back them up in the event of hostile forces during said ventures.
1. ForgeLance 2. Absolutely. AD&D up through White Wolf games. Was a storyteller in White Wolf's official game world chat room and RP in pretty much MMO I play. 3. Singular vision. You guys have worked hard building a backstory for players to have fun with. 4. It took me 3 years to get a WoW character to the level cap at the time because I was always RPing. RP. Definitely.
They sounds neutral. Too neutral. Maybe they have other uses for that mine. I suppose Singularity firework company didn't work out too well for them in the long run; firing off single fireworks must be boring after a while.

In games such as "Tabula Rasa"/ "World of Warcraft"/ "SWTOR"/"Rift" 3.What makes you want to join this server?: I always enjoyed the thought of playing out the attributes/mentalities/ and morals of my character. All in all I enjoy the RPG aspect of MMORPGs and RPGs in general. 4.What is your normal playstyle? I mean I'll level if nothing is going on, but if there is a good Rp I am more likely to partake in that. (If not totally.) Also I love to group up! (If it doesn't go against my character's morales and faction loyalty) If there is no one around to group up with, than I am likely to play solo. 5.(Optional)Anything else you would like to add?: I plan on having some terrific Rp adventures in Starbound with others!
