please correct my command

so, i've downloaded a mod that adds clouds fusion sword from advent children
( this one: https://community.playstarbound.com/resources/final-fantasy-7-advent-children-fusion-sword.4116/ )
and my problem was, it swung a bit slowly, so i thought i could fix that through commands,
this is what came out:
/spawnitem fusion7 1 {"animationParts":{"primaryAbility":{fireTime:0.7}}}
but the game doesn't accept the parameters,
since i suck at commands i thought i'd ask for help

 

Perhaps you should go through the mod's files, and change the swing speed?

Whenever I try to make custom weapons through commands, my parameters are never accepted, so I rely on a couple mods to make what I want. {Edit} Could be you need to write in the entire file in-game...
