Plant Fiber Tree

I have been looking for this tree I have heard so much about. When you chop it down you get all plant fibers. Where do I find it? Like what kind of biome is it on and what are the saplings called? Thanks!

 

You need to find either toxic or giant flower biomes which appear on forest and jungle planets respectively.

Ow... thanks for the info, I had been looking for those to start a tree farm. So much for that idea huh...

In any case OP, you can get free plant fiber as a side-product of crop harvesting.

 

Toxic trees produce saplings. Giant Flowers don't.

 

there used to be saplings for those, they removed it with the new update?

I had giant flowers that I planted... but it gave me giant flower petals rather than plant fibers, was I using the wrong ones?
