Planets over threat level 40

    ... do they exist?

    From what I understand from the front page post regarding rebalancing, there were supposed to currently exist 100 threat levels, but I am in sector "X", which from what I understand is just a dumping ground for not-yet-finished tier content, and I've not been able to find any planets with a TL higher than 40.
