Planets/Moons Giving off light (Phases)

    I found it strange that the planets/moons in the background have absolutely no light casting on them. For example, look at the gas giants in this picture. [​IMG]

    And at night, the planets/moons are pitch black. So what if we have the planets/moons have "phases?" (or at least a visible shadow on them).

    This would depend on the location of the sun and moons/planets that orbit it. But yeah, being in daytime and seeing a fully illuminated moon in the direction of the sun defies logic.

    It would add more realism to the game, and this would be a nice feature to have.

    I don't have anything to add that hasn't been said but yeah, this belongs in the game.

    I don't see the difference in logic aside from the majority of the blocks lacking physics, but that's in every game with block-based building that I've played.
