Closed Planets and the Outpost (Bug)

My other (good) characters are stuck in their ships... Whenever I try to go somewhere it restarts the main questline telling me to reboot ship... There is no option in A.I. This forced me to create a new character. I couldn't beam down to any planet. I used admin commands to get my ship upgraded because I couldn't get down to planets, (which I used admin commands to do so also) or the outpost. It would let me beam down to the place to go to ARK, the mysterious ruin , and Outpost. When I beamed to the outpost, it would send me back to my ship. I just need somewhere and someone to ask if they know how to fix this or know what I need to do. Thanks

 

Are they old characters from before glad Giraffe?

May need file extensions turned on, but it will be the first one on the list.
