I was wondering if the distance from the sun (or that solar system's center star) had any effect on the planet's biome? In one of the stream video, it looked like it did' There was an Arctic planet on the edge of the solar system; and a volcanic planet right next to the sun.

  2. It would make sense But I looks it isn't that way.

Colder planets should be more far away from a Star, "hotter" ones near, and the "middle-term" ones (as Earth) in the middle! Still it isn't nothing gamebreaking! ;)

It has been said on the roadmap that distance from the sun will help determine the biome.
