I'm unsure this has been suggested before, but is it possible to have a bookmark list of planets visited? For example: Home Planet: "Planet Aselin" (x, y) Favorited planets Planets bookmarked So, when you sit in the pilot's chair of your ship, there's a button that brings up a list of planets you bookmarked. The first planet on the list will always be your "Home Planet" that you selected. The next planets listed are planets that you have set as "Favorite" with a heart icon or something similar like "Planet Bob". The planets that follow after that are those that you bookmarked. And, with that, you can also name these planets however you wish as you bookmark them. Next to each planet name are their coordinates. The reason I'm asking for this feature is because I was with two other friends and we got the game off Steam a few days ago. None of us set our home base as the Home Planet, or wrote down the coordinates to it. So, we've kind of lost our home base. Right now we have one of our ships parked in orbit around a new planet we set as a home base. And, we're using the two other ships to do the same to planets of interest so we can easily transfer from one to the other. Another is writing down in a TXT file the coordinates of the planets we are visiting. We're literally reading (x, y) coordinates to each other in Skype if we have to go back to another planet now. A bookmark list would make this more convenient. Thank you.

needed for everyone... also there are dotted lines made every time you got to a new system showing where you had been. if you need to find the planet again, fallow the lines

Signed. Agree with this, 100%. You can do the EXACT same thing by just making a text file, but it's so much more effort than if they just added a bookmark option.
Was going to post this too. Bookmarks would be nice. I know I don't like having to window my game so I can go to planets I've been to before. (notepad/stickynotes). I also don't have a pen nearby sometimes so writing them down is a bit less convenient. Naming would be a definite plus too, since you might not remember Delta WAZ 5093 IV alpha had that wonderful dungeon on it, or some ore you missed, or some trees made of metal, etc.
This is a much-needed feature. I just want to add, it would also be nice to be able for the player to type in whatever they notes they want to associate with the maps. Just have a free-form text box where the player can write whatever they want like "I built wheat farm here.", or "come back to the dungeon east later when you have a better gun", etc.
