   Darkwolf51 Void-Bound Voyager

   My computer crash when I did the patch (not because of the patch but because of his age) and when I re-downloaded the game, I started a new charater and every planets were all threat lvl 1.
   
   I don`t know if it`s normal (I don`t think).

   Drewdawg Big Damn Hero

   There was a wipe and threat level goes from 1-10 and not 1-100. So a lot of planets will be the same level.
