Just a tiny, fun little feature. Maybe if you play an instrument in a village there's a chance an NPC will come throw a few pixels at you?? Or chase you away even?
I think if the NPC's had like, a 50% chance to tip for 2-3 pixels. Then that NPC would be flagged and wouldn't tip for the rest of that day. Not to mention, if people want to play cheaply, let em... I've seen tons of people using cheat engine and mods to be OP in this game. It's like terraria. If you want to cheat and have a map editor / inventory editor, the dev's don't care. They want you to play whichever way you want, even if that includes cheating to be OP. If you want to play the game the way it's supposed to be, just don't use those cheating mechanics.
