Pirate costume

So I've been looking at the Pirate "Captain" and the pirate vanity items and comparing them. Tricorn Hat is there, and examination of the Pirate Coat and Trousers seem to match the NPC.

But the NPC also has a cloak, which I assume would be back armor/back vanity item. However, various Wikis and YouTube videos fail to mention this anywhere. (Moreover, the wikis seem to include what appear to be modded items among their entries.)

Does the pirate cloak currently exist in vanilla as an item which can be acquired and equipped?

 

The pirate cape appears to be a Slim Cape or a Simple Cape that has been retextured black. It doesn't currently drop in-game, though based on my understanding of how the game handles humanoid entities, it's likely that it exists as vanity armour in the game code. A modder might be able to fish it out for you, though it would probably be easier to use a dye mod alongside creative mode and simply make your own knock-off version.
