Modding Help Pickaxe Help (Please)

I've been working on a small pickaxe for beta testing purposes, I've got the .recipe file in the right place but it won't show up in the crafting menu, could somebody check my code to see if anything's missing or wrong?

Have you added the recipe to your player.config?

So far it's not working/I'm too stupid to get it to work.
EDIT: I'm currently testing this on a newly created one, I'll keep you up to date if it works

 

Every time I add the bluepickaxe file to the player.config the game won't load, it'll get to the loading screen but not do anything

 

I was able to figure it out by following this guide: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=201040798

I just used a modified version of the diamonpickaxe.miningtool file.

Just letting you know, new recipes will only show up on new characters.
