Permadeath option for Multiplayer

    When you die in multiplayer, you end up respawning once the level is completed. That's fine, but it would be cool if there was an option you could enable that made it so you never respawned, making it more like single player. With this option enabled, players should probably also drop all of their items (or at least some of them) when they die so that allies can loot their bodies for more than just droids.
