Bug/Issue Penny Bugs

I seem to be experiencing some bugs with my wife, Penny. After the wedding, a small library was added to my house, and some days Penny goes in to read in the morning. However, she occasionally gets stuck in the cushion, and complains about how messy the house is, and how she can't walk anywhere. She stays there until the next morning. Another strange thing is how Vincent and Jas, the two children she previously tutored, will still follow their previous AI, as if Penny is still teaching them. Its not really a problem, its just a bit creepy how they talk about her and act as if she was walking with them and teaching them. Thank you.
