I'd love to get this as the temptation is very great for me to cheat with the normal PBR mod but I can't download it, dropbox is giving me a 404 page not found notification.

Yes atm the balanced version is still outdated, i plan on remaking this but it not going to be until at least next year as i have alot i want to make for the mod before starting on the monster task of re-making the balanced version
i had a friend who was going to learn how to mod starbound and then they where going to do the balanced version, keep it updated when i make new items. but they told me decided this week that they not going to do that now

 

Alright, thanks for the info! I shall just try to restrain myself from using those god tools.
