Closed Paypal not able to make payment

    So I've tried to pre-order using Paypal, but I get the below message. I don't have too much experience with PayPal, but is this a problem anyone else is having? I'm in South Korea so maybe it's an international thing?

    We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now

    Return to merchant and try a different payment method​

    We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).

    Well,you need an international CC,it needs to be unblocked and verified. If you have done everything,i dont know.
    It didnt worked for me as well,i called my CC provider and they unblocked.

    I'm an idiot, I hadn't updated the account with my newest debit card. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
