NPC Pack Mule

    then how the cart is going over very hilly place, mountain or the city is living in the sky?

    one problem, they hadn't developed gravity lift for carts yet.

    Maybe make the pack mule in the form of a small UFO or some hover cart? or maybe some backpack extension that increases backpack space (though that would kinda go under "gears")
