I've been looking but can't find anyone mentioning it and at this point I don't know if I'm the only one. As far as I knew the Outlaw crew members would change into a black protectorate uniform, but as of late when the outlaws surrender for me their uniform becomes red (soldier-color) instead of black, was this an official change or is it a bug? I liked the black uniform to Outlaws.. Kind of the black sheep of the ship.
Maybe the surrendered outlaws are becoming soldiers instead of outlaws, for some reason. Try spawning an outlaw crewmember: /spawnnpc crewmemberoutlaw
