Psyched to test out the new patch! Hope it comes out today so I can start over and maybe find some platinum in the ground!
With other words, you are doubly punished ... no KSP (considering that the next update will most proably come the next days) and no Starbound as well
On a side note, I'm really looking forward to what the devs will do with races in the future! The Novakids sound really great.
My favorite quote of this thread thus far: Ooh, such dirty dirt. Anyway, I'm seriously laughing because of how often these same questions are asked in the thread. Here, I've created a short FAQ to help people. XP fix? Does that mean i can finally level up? Yup. The game's integrated a fully dynamic palette swap with each level up so your character experiences a whole wave of colors. The colors will be tied into the ecosystem where you leveled up. Want to be a shiny yellow bird? Go to a desert! Really? No. Not really. Will this game run on Windows XP? Yes. That's the XP they were talking about. Will this game run on my 486? Yes. I've heard rumors that they've made it compatible with most systems including the Commodore 64, the TI-86, and the Gameboy Advance. They may even put together a Virtual Boy port, but I'd probably expect for the dynamic colors to be trimmed down a bit. What about the Mac? Oddly, the game will only work with the iMac at the moment. I'm talking about those old ones with the weird colored shells. You can probably pick one up at the Salvation Army for a buck or two. Will this game eventually have an anthropomorphic volcano biome? Probably. I want to make connecting to multiplayer easier. Can we please get rid of entering all that confusing information? Don't worry. Eventually you'll be able to just enter in the MAC address of the server to directly connect. Can I copy/paste my characters for the update? I've heard that you can. Just go, put the character into the 3D printer, and scan them. Yes, it deletes them from real existence, and since your character's gone, you can't exactly go and print the character off. But he'll live on in the computer's memory. It's a lot like River Song in the library. After the update, can I make my character into a gothic rockstar riding through time and space on a t-rex spewing rainbows from its mouth, impaling Hitler until he turns into a bunny with a mustache, all while Ride of the Valkyries plays throughout the galaxy? Can I? Yes.
Let them take their time I want the update as much as anyone, but I'd prefer them complete it and be happy with how it works before they push it out.
