Now that you mention it... how come I didn't thought of that?! This just shows how knee-deep we are into the gamer's mentality xD
Woah that's some op monster! Played 20 min. this morning and got owned by a swarm of bird like creatures that came from nowhere. They hited me for 72 hp EACH.... The land monster 1 shot me and are somewhat "glued" to me and i always came back with a not so full hp bar. Whats going on!?
dude they are reporting bugs, they have to, thats what a beta is for, sure they might be douches about it but the devs NEED feedback about the bad parts or els they might not even notice since they obviously are not experiencing this themselves
Dude. You really think wood would be used as fuel in the space age? they took wood out as fuel, now it's only coal. And even coal to give fuel to spaceships is a bit awkward, but with that i can live. Not with giving wood as fuel, especially when wood has many uses.
Well my feedback so far: yes, the Game gets easier as soon as you have your first weapons dropped and made your first armour. BUT: The there is still the factor of randomness. I started on a planet with nearly no iron. Yeah, maybe the ores are spawned too much for some people, but I was mining for over an hour and did find 4 pieces of iron ore. There is no merchant on my planet and with the crappy starting gear I get 2-hitted by a bird. Why have all birds to be aggressive? I have never encountered a non-aggressive one that was just flying around, the all start vomiting their blood at me or shooting bubbles. Because of the lack of iron i will need to make a leather armor and fight with the starting sword until I get to a better planet - oh wait, of course, I could use the equally crappy hunting bow -.- The very beginning of the game needs to be rebalanced, because it works only if the rng doesn't screw you AND you immediately start to dig for resources or else you won't be able to roam around your planet without getting killed all the time. At this point the game is no sandbox game. In a real sandbox I could choose to go to an entirely peaceful paradise planet to build my home, plant some stuff and roleplay.
Gamecube was released in 2001 not 2006 and xp was also released in 2001. 12 years for both. Still a long time to rock an outdated operating system.
I'd like to put in that my computer(which ran the game fine before) only shows the video for a quarter of a second then its black and sometimes showing a glimpse of the game......so..... farthest i can go safely is character select
yeah my bad, not sure where i found 2006, i just though it strange that i would be two when it came out, but i was four so that makes sense
There's a difference between "Weapon X does not have proper damage" "Trees do not fall properly" etc and "This patch is horrible, you guys broke everything. Fix it fix it fix it"
