"Added early implementation of creature taming (more features coming soon)" That was part of the change log so there might be something to do with capturing in there after all maybe not the babys as you said but should make things interesting once its out
A lot of people fail to realize that this is actually a really great beta experience, and the best I have ever had, how long did it take for mojang to make an update that actually added more content to minecraft? How much content? How large is their staff in comparison to chucklefish? How many other betas and alphas are complete disasters or ghost towns. Where the devs will go months without talking to their communities and giving them updates. I feel bad because I see alot of demanding little shits on these forums who feel that because they pre-ordered, everything should be ready right now! with no troubles because they only directed their attention to the game, not the development of the game. Which clearly stated that things were going to be like this. Moral of the story is, read more books.
I sat my Glitch upon his Royal Toilet in his Medieval Glitch Castle I found and raided. May his soul.. oh wait he doesn't have a soul
I'm more sad for my alpha world than my character loss. The moon I started on had a USCM base on it. I cleaned it out and already was planning on retooling it into my fortress of solitude. But... you know. Best laid plans and all.
The first update got my x64 edition opening and playing about 30% of the time. It has been really good, 16 hours in and finally got the Diamond Pick simply from robbing people. Probably got really lucky with chest drops. If this update smooths out the performance issues that us XP users have it will be a great asset to Chucklefish. Love you guys for working your butts off for us picky players.
You are beautiful. This is the first beta I've ever played. Its so fun to see everything forming (and to be dramatic have everything dying as things are birthed)
I'm honestly surprised they're putting as much effort as they are into getting it to work properly on XP. I very hesitantly switched over to Windows 7 earlier in the year and while I loved XP, it's a dying operating system and the sooner it's put down the better. :\
