Honestly? There are very few Devs out there that let you actually watch how they code and test changes... Yet Omni does so right now: http://de.twitch.tv/omnipotententity He just wrote some time ago that he is actually the ONLY one not testing the new patch right now - all the others are.
Err, are we going to have an option to not have this at all? because I have to say, it think the armor penetration and such is really cool, I hate that we all have to have the game dumbed down for the slower folks. and I also am going to miss monsters having levels, I don't want a vague color indicator of difficulty, I wanna be able to look at a monster and stack up those odds myself, like a space explorer would. Don't get me wrong, i'm glad there trying to make the game work better, but i really hate the idea of weapons rolling down to just damage vs health. there is really nothing wrong with the way the system works, and It feels like a special slap in the face that im going to get my character wiped so that I can move to a crayon simple universe.
Heh... voxel fort... just imagine someone coming across it. Speaking of... is anyone else miffed that we have to take a loss to store our pixels? I have yet to see a satisfactory explanation as to why that is. Because otherwise we might... not need... to mindlessly grind monsters as much for money?
Their answer was that basicly that the money you lose when you store is less than you'd lose by dying twice. something along those lines, i'm not the best to explain this.
