Impatience for beta: feasible and semi-justified after about 2 years of waiting. Immense gratitude for beta release: benevolent and appropriate. -- 2 minutes later-- Stampede of angry comments, requests, and banal demands for a patch. To quote Shakespeare, for those of you in the stampede: "Peace, peace, Mercutio, peace! Thou talk'st of nothing." For those patiently appreciative of all the hard work being put in to every patch: Thanks.
Some other player suggested races would be awesome in-game. I remember an industrial humanoid - robot riding race in the suggestions forum. I would love to see what the devs can do with the community. I re a d here that the devs are thinking of adding a secondary attack to some items? I hope the scythe gets a nice upwards or flicking secondary..right now they're outmatched by almost everything.
I was hoping for being able to play with both the novakids western style and the anodynes greco-roman style. I Mean, cant you see the potential of a anodyne spartan or legionaire? Sounds awesome, and it most surely would look awesome to have anodynes spartans in a greek style village. Oh well.
Technicalities, they are all humanoid characters, so they need human features to allow us to tell they are male/female, it's already quite difficult if the characters have any clothing on, why make it harder? (Also you're playing as space mermen I don't think it needs more realism alright)
Their racial armor would probably just be tougher, or have some sort of shield ability that compliments combat on top of the existing shield (or allows you limited defense while wielding 2H)
im not demanding i know what the proses is for game development im just here posting random crap because its funny
I dont know.. maybe. But the simple thought of a crystal race that has a viking setup sounds awesome has it is. Imagine a spaceship that resembles a viking longship? dear lord somebody start making sprites for this. D :
I'd like to see regrowable trees... worrying about running out of wood. Keep up the good work Chucklefish!
