Im guessing that is asking for the account information for that site. If so, then saying "Starbound account and password" is a huge no-no as it can cause confusion. Need to avoid any confusion with people thinking something is official when it isn't.

 

I used the account information I registered on the Orion's Edge forums with that and it didn't work.
I'm guessing it's asking for my Chucklefish account credentials, but I didn't actually test to see if that's
the case because...well, that's just not something you should do.

 

It is not for your Chucklefish account credentials. It is for your whitelist account, which is a separate entity from your forum account.

I really wasn't trying to be rude or mean, it's just really confusing. There ought to be something in the main post on this thread about
how signup works.

 

Oh, it's quite literally asking for your starbound username and pass, as in the user and pass you use in starbound to connect, the whitelist account

 

Then you should say your Orion's Edge username and password. Your server is not the only Starbound server, so the login information is not someone's starbound login. You should make that clear, and on that page.

 

What version is this server running?

So, i did the whitelist thingy...What now? do i wait for confirmation via Email?

 

I have no way of joining. It tells me to click on the whitelist tab, but I see nothing like that.

 

I'll see if I can get it updated to clarify the matter. I believe the wording was just a placeholder from before we decided on a server name that never got changed.

That is correct, we will review your application and either approve and deny it.

Have you registered for the forums? The whitelist tab is only visible to registered forum users.
