Omnipotententity stream of Oct 31 (lava!)

    but all the planets don't have a core of lava yea?
    I mean, I really don't know about planet cores but they could have different types... and a hidden civilisation dormant for millions of years....

    Yeah, I was thinking the same at the time the temperature bar was revealed. I mean how awesome wouldn't that be. On some cold planet there could be storms once in a while and when it reaches your character it turns into a ice, and you would have to wait for the ice to get softer to break loose, or have a friend helping you get the ice off your character, etc. But if you had cold resistance gear on then you could avoid turning into ice, like it would take more/longer to turn into ice. And then on a desert planet there could be sand storms that make you sink into the sand very slowly kinda like a very weak quicksand effect, so it would be hard to walk in the storm, it would slow you down and it would be difficult to see the surroundings, so finding water would be harder in the storm, etc.

    Idk, I just hope the elements and temperature brings interesting challenges to the game. I would love challenging planets like that with the atmosphere making it a hard time to explore and ultimately survive on the planet without planning ahead.
