Hello fellow interested people, welcome to the official Omegacorp website. You stumbled on us because you were looking for decent High-Tech-Securitysystems and weaponary. So our products as you might know are highly advanced lethal and non lethal weapon systems. As you might know Laser-Tech is kinda common these days right? Dont want laser weapons? Come to us, we can provide... well more effective little self defense devices... for instance one of our AE9R Plasma Rifles. Using a microfusion energy cell capable of penetrating pretty much every infantry armor. Your people will never loose a direct fight with this extremly accurate, powerfull weapon without any recoil.
Also if you are more into "old and relieable" projectile weapons we got also an fairly advanced weapon system: The ERF7-W Portable Gauss Rifle. Its basicly a projectile weapon accelerating projectiles of 2mm at almost 50000 meters/s which allows literally to melt through any heavy armor or fortification. Coming with a adjustable multi scope allowing X-Ray and Thermal detection and almost no bullet drop you have perfect high range weapons.

Also we provide a large variety of vehicles, mostly VTOL Gunships armed with microwave amplifiers. Literally liquifie any kind of threat on your base by simply dispatching one of our gunships and simply melting through any kind of armor. If you encounter armored vehicles however most of our VTOLs come with a large barrage of missiles and even a "chemical destabilzer caster" allowing to corrode the armor of vehicles so the microwave amplifying "heatrays" can do the rest.

Protect your people with our Omega-1 Power Armor, including jump boost, jetpack, sprint augmentations and even a energy vectoring field or in common terms energy shield.

But high-tech has its price. The weapon systems we provide are extremly expensive and the ammo for our weapons can be only buy from us. Trying to modify or simply dismantle the weapons for reverse engineering results in an either explosion, implosion, destablization or total annihilation, depending on the weapon or armor system. So do not attempt to get the technology behind the weapons and armor we provide. You will fail to do so and trying so will automaticly send a tachyon signal to our well hidden major information center showing who tried to do what with our technology allowing us to punish ourself people breaking the contract.

Sidenote: The weapons, armor, vehicles and systems our Security forces use are still more advanced then that what you get to buy. Using our weapons against our people will result in self destruction of all Omegacorp Devices you own.

We trade with anyone, and stay out of any conflict, we just deliver the tools for conflicts, but not cause conflicts... If anybody has a grudge against this then just move on. It had started with a phone call. A weird phone call to the CEO of Omegacorp, which was of course intercepted by the secretary to the CEO of Omegacorp, who after hearing the prerecorded message on the other end of the line, laughed and hung up, thinking it was just a joke.

After hanging up, the secretary saw a warp hole appear in front of the phone. Glancing into the hole removed all doubt as to the legitimacy of the message. The Secretary let the message through.

Right, so we know this rather unorthodox, directly going to the CEO for a little problem like this, but unorthodox is our bread and butter here at The DBI.

Now to get straight to the point. We had a little problem in one of our many research labs. Without going into much detail, the planet that the lab is stationed on is currently overrun by Hyper intelligent, crazed laser cheetahs

As to why, well, long story short, we were working on possible security systems utilizing shamanistic AI and let us tell you, It works great! The Cheetahs a REALLY territorial. Our guys can't even breach the first 3 floors of the lab to reach the control terminal and shut the Cheetahs off.

That's where your guys come in. We are willing to pay an outrageous fee to shut down the core, and if that isn't enough of an incentive, we will share any further research concerning the Cheetah defence system with Omegacorp, as a gesture of thanks.

Of course we will not risk the lifes of our agents to save any company flooding in with help messages to us. We are no charity sorry. However we can make you an offer. Youre people have issues with very fast, intelligent cheetahs and cant take the lab back right? There we have a fairly simple solution. We provide you some of our tech, equipping 3 of your squads, no matter what size each squad of you have with a full set of our Exterminator Gear. This basicly means they get full Omega-1 Power Armor, 2 of your people get a liquid helium thrower allowing to freeze the cheetahs in and the rest gauss rifles allowing to see them through walls and ,in case they have stealth ability, bypassing them. The Omega-1 Power Armor comes in with 2 special augmentations fitting in for that situation: 1: They have a tachyon proximity sensor, its a fairly new technique, but scanning for space-time distortions stops pretty much anyone from cloaking. The scanner calculates the potential threat and if its big enough it gives off loud warning noises and saying "Threat detected" with a direction from where the threat comes from. The cheetahs wont be able to sneak up onto your people. 2 is a shockwave generator allowing to blast high energy plasma bursts on a spheric pattern arround the armor if needed. After a blast is used however the armor has to cooldown for about 10 minutes until it can blast again. This will allow your people to be protected at close range. For high range defense the Omega-1 Power Armor got a "Tesla Device" attached to it, its not really fitting its name, but the creator of the device wanted it that way. Basicly it allows your people to absorb any kind of energies at 20% (usually the case with bullets and claws) to 95% (most energy based weapons like laser pulses, plasma bolts etc). This should make your people laser proof and plasma blast proof from their own armor. To deactivate the core we suggest you to simply EMP Blast it once you are at it, in order shut it down completly once you are down there. Switch to another AI then and improve your security system with for instance one of our destabilizer gasses eating through most materials, organic and inorganic. And try to deploy an EMP charge near the control terminals/AI Core so in case your AI rebels again you can simply killswitch it. However also make sure your lab walls and important equipment is sealed off after this upgrade to avoid unneeded damage from destablizers if used. And get bots to clean up the liquified bodies of the victims of course, that can be disgusting for human beeings. We are not interested in your money, we got quite a lucrative deal on our new 10 Gigajoule energetic shields, more we are interested in your research data on Anti-Matter, you could help us creating a fullfunctional highly effectiv anti-matter we reactor, and a alarm system to predict jumps of concurrents ships into our sectors would be also good. Right, we appreciate the advice about how to deal with our problem, but it wouldn't do too have our guys be seen using another companies tech. The Portal vanishes, but not before depositing a disgusting mewling goop thing onto the floor. One could consider it as a petty tit-for-tat for overcharging a facility currently working on a tirade of bizarre projects, not the least of which was research project on Vampirism, with Tachyon rays.

Further research on our Destabilizer brought us to the conclusion that we need indeed some Toxin Neutralizer, but we may need your permission to either adapt it on the new destabilizer since we are afraid it wont do anything to desolve the toxic aggressive liquids left by living beeings which fell victim to the destabilizer, its a very complex chemical substance and its byproducts are not less complex. If you are not trusting us on modifying it for our uses since we could simple reverse engineer your tech then, then we are able to send you the molecular structure of the byproducts/leftovers so you can modify it on your own, even with clear instructions in what other byproducts they have to get dissolved to to be none harzadous. We would be very interested in buying then the modified version of your Neutralizer and might be able to add its properties (if you agree) to our destabilizer so its less harzadous for the envirement and dissolving the leftovers on its own which would render them intoxic for any organic life, it would be still a deadly what some people consider inmorale weapon nontheless but it would only harm/kill people which were targeted by it and wont cause ANY colleteral damage then.

Since we are uncomfortable with people modfying our products on their own, we would like you to send us the molecular structures of the substances you would like to have neutralized. We would then create a modification of our current HazNeu Neutralizers or a completely new compound which your company could buy.

Data Transmission will start in an hour, prepare your network for a tachyon overload, this basicly means shut down all unimportant sub-systems of your Lab for a moment to avoid damage on these, you will need all capacity on the information strings we send, the tachyon transmission will minimize the transfertime to a glimpse of the normal time a transmission would need. Approximated Transmission time: 4 Seconds. After the transmission is done you will find a list of the chemicals and substances which needs to be neutralized right in your download section of your network. Once you are done with modifying your neutralizer we will buy them in quite massive ammounts and add them to our newest destablizer to avoid unwanted colleteral damage.
