...I seriously didn't intend for my single player Normal house to be a final boss arena when I built it at the start, but I guess with Solar Eruption, lots of walls, a nurse, and a willingness to sacrifice many NPCs, you can do anything.

My house looks relatively basic. Did you make a basic house, then build this when you had the materials, or did you plan to build this from the start?

i've also smoothed and bridged the entire surface so you can run from beach to beach without stopping. c:

I seem to get an Windows 10 error whenever I shutdown my computer. Nothing bad seems to happened though.

I don't normally share this stuff, but aaaaahh, I've gotten a resurgence in motivation to work on Starbound stuff again because of it. What a great feeling. \o/

It seems Xeodrifter is available on Wii U now. Since we won't be seeing any proper 2D Metroid game anytime soon, I guess that is as good as it gets for now. The game seems to be pretty good though.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that in my ever-growing list.
Randomly, there's a memory error when you shutdown.
It does nothing, apart from preventing it from shutting down unless you press 'OK.'
Also, I should probably install actual Windows 10, rather than the beta.

Obama has ordered to build the worlds fastest computer by 2025, which will be around 20x faster than the worlds fastest current supercomputer, which is in China. It will process things at 1 exaflop (1^18 calculations per second) aka a hell of a lot faster than an i7-4770k can do. It is planned to be used for complex equations, aiding scientific research, and national security projects.

tl;dr the US government is building a supercomputer that they will use for large scale encryption cracking and datamining, with scientific research on the side.

 

I basically decided "Let's make a floating house!" at the start and just made the first few rooms and continued upwards from there. I kinda planned on it, since this is just how I make houses anyway. It's honestly a kinda boring design, since it's usually just the same template repeating! So I also challenged myself to never use the same materials for a house twice so every room is a bit different. The exception being furniture in sets with no furniture. Here's a full picture, along with my little floating mushroom island!

I also meant to do stuff with that big room on the top, but I never did. As well as convert the entire basement to conduit plating. Blame Martian Probes.
Looking at it now, I swear I painted that Midnight Confetti room pink!
