Character/NPC Odd NPC behaviour, or: How I learned to stop worrying and accept the weird.

So, sometimes NPCs behave a little... strange?!
Their mannerisms and individual peculiarities might entertain or frustrate us, but then there's the times, when it just defies all sense of logic and/or good taste.
